Taste good

I have heard that biotin are good for you. They help with keeping your hair, nails and skin healthy. These biotin are easy to take you put one in tour mouth and let it melt away. It contains enough biotin that you meed so you take one a day. I have noticed a slightly change in my hair but i know with continued use i will see a bigger difference. You are like me that don't like taking pills that you have to swallow these are for you.

Great taste - easy to take

Due to a medical condition, I find taking Biotin helps me to maintain my nails and keeps my brows and lashes intact while helping with growth. These melts have a nice strawberry flavor and melt quickly which is a plus when swallowing pills is an issue. As a bonus, they are gluten, dairy, soy and sugar free while being keto friendly and vegan with no artificial ingredients. I'm taking 2 a day and seeing measurable results!

Great tasting vitamins

My doctor told me to take biotin for my brittle nails and thinning hair and it seems to be helping. I haven't been taking them for very long yet, but it seems to already be helping my nails. I had tried a regular pill that you swallow a while ago, but I prefer these ez melts because they taste really good and you don't need to have water with you to help swallow it. It's a yummy strawberry flavor that you just put on your tongue. It doesn't take long to dissolve either. I'm very happy with this product and am looking forward to seeing more improvement in my nails and hair.
