Glidrite defective knob pulls- no refund response

The knobs i received are not threaded so are unusable. I've called and emailed for over a week to gliderite about this and am getting NO response. Walmart is not doing anything as they say returns have to be made directly with GlideRite. Sadly amusing that there is no 'gliding' since you can't even insert the screws!
