Awsome features, not the best battery

The design and functions are cool but there is no way this is 20,000mAh it's acting like its about 5,000mAh or 7,500mAh. If done by wireless charging it won't charge my phone from 5% to 100% before I'll die and what'swith startingwith a full charge on the device. If using the cord it will take more the half the battery of the device to charge my phone so maybe I'll charge it 1 and a half times. I have a Samsung S24 Ultra for comparison.
