This facet was extremely easy to Install! All parts were hand tighten. The only tools I used was to remove the old facet! The rubber washer didn't tighten enough and would leak water, so I switched them, (bottom on top, top on bottom) and solved the leakage problem! The water flow is very cool! It flows nicely... I've never had a waterfall facet before! The facet looks awesome in my bathroom!

I was looking for new stylish and fancy faucet to replace grandpa faucet since I bought old apartment which been replace 10 years ago. I have my plumber to install and only spend half hour to finish. we both agreed flow of water was fun part as it came out as waterfall.
