this product was listed as a brand new product i bought it 3 days before black friday as part of their early black friday sale the laptop arrive and was just a pc and plug in the box and was an open box product. walmart didn't stand behind the customer in resolving it just kept trying to wash their hands of it because the pc had been fullfilled through a third party seller. I now also wont get the refund on the product until the scammer gets his pc back so i have to wait for them to ship the product back to the scammer before the funds are released taking up to two weeks! this is completely unacceptable don't buy any tech from walmart or you might get the same scam i got hit with
