The Shark Matrix vacuum is the first robot vac I've ever owned, and I got to say I'm impressed with how well it cleans. Ive owned it for about 7 days and used it 1 to 2 times a day and it just keeps pulling up dirt, debris and pet hair. the mopping feature works wonders as well. the app is very easy to use and that's how you activate it. My only complaint is that is doesn't do well with cat litter. It vacuums it up just fine but when removing the bin to empty it the litter runs out. Other than that, this thing is amazing and makes life a little bit easier. I highly recommend this product.

Low Quality Product and Support

It lasted 9 months before it started soaking the mop head to much and dripping water all over our floors. The pet hair bunches at the mouth of the dust bin instead of into the dust bin. I phoned support and they were trying to sale me parts when it was still under warranty. This is my fourth vacuum mop and fist and last Shark.

Could be better

We have had to replace our shark matrix twice now. The same problem keeps happening the the clip that holds the dustpan to the vacuum keeps popping off. Quality of plastic is just not good having it for only 30 days both times in 3 to 4 uses. This has been a repetitive problem.
