I already owed the Shark AI VacMop. We got 2 new puppies. I have 2 floors, so I needed another mop. This one is fantastic! The spot clean setting called, "Matrix Clean" is awesome! Every spot in the 10'x10' square is cleaned twice. The mop spins 360° clockwise, then 360° counterclockwise. Yesterday was rainy, so I had muddy puppy prints EVERYWHERE. As you can see in the picture, the muddy prints are gone.

It vacuums really good. Mop function is percent for everyday mopping inbetween a more thorough hand mopping. If you have pets, especially dogs, this is a must. It has made such a difference for me. I had it in the box for a month before finally trying and sad i didn't use it sooner. My dog sheds and with her coming in and out from outside this has really helped keep things clean all while I'm working. Only thing i would change would be to have an easy snap out filter so it would make it easier to clean the filter. The way this one is built, it is screwed in place. I would def buy again. And have already recommended to friends. I did not get paid to write this. Just trying to help someone out if they are on the fence. It's helped me a lot.

dirty HAIRY gets job done!

i have 2 inside dogs one being Australian shepherd the hair is ridiculous everyday! the vacuum feature works great it does blow some while trying to wrk its area but it goes back and grabs it up to baseboard! my dogs usuallly attack my corded vacuum but this one doesn't phase them! they watch him work! i was reluctant on the mop feature after reading reviews it doesn't seem like enough liquid to get it done but..IT IS! no prewetting padvor anything only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 if i laid rugs and set carpet zone and i set no go zones however it is not accurate on map its really not user friendly for those things with mop feature and and enters no go zones by few feet so ive learned only vacuum on schedule pick up my rugs and mop only when im home to watch over him! ultimately i should have made this investment A long time ago! i cant seem to uload video on vacuuming and mopping im sorry it would definitely sell the worst skeptic
