Great package, once you get what you ordered

I have been using an open-source office app for years, but finally got tired of some of the little irritations and inconveniences it contained. MS Office Home and Business is very complete, and pleasantly intuitive and easy to use. However, the installation did not go without a hitch. It took several tries to actually get the package I purchased, instead of one of the MS Office "365" subscription packages. And I still haven't been able to import my Gmail address book, receiving an error message no matter what I try. I have to say, though, that BMS Innovations, the company that actually provides the MS Office software online, has the most responsive tech support I have ever dealt with. My email queries were replied to within minutes, and although we had to use kind of a back-door process to make the apps work as they were supposed to, their suggestions were very helpful and courteous. Kudoes to BMS Solutions.
