Color on lace washed off

Hi, I always "gentle" wash and then hang my shirts to dry first before I wear them initially. The blue on the lace washed off!!! Secondly, the lace at the sides is not even stitched onto the camisole (see where I am pointing to in the first photo). This is a great shirt to wear if you only plan to wear it once and throw it out, as the color differentiation looks ridiculous - in my opinion, was not what I wanted.
