I trust this brand of supplement because my pharmacy recommended it. I have been taking the triple complex for several months now and feel much more together on this supplement. It does not cause any type of digestive upset for me and I feel it has helped with my mental acuity as well. Just feeling back to my old self. I didn't know low magnesium could cause so many physical issues. I do recommend you have you serum magnesium checked before beginning a magnesium of vitamin D3 supplement. It is a simple blood test and you can truly cause yourself harm by getting too much as you can having too little.
