I bought these to use for pinch in dinners. They work great and allow for a testing of various items without the food all running together. They are also great if you have a guest who is running late, you can get them some of each items, put a lid on the container and refrigerate it till they arrive, bonus is they are microwave safe, so their whole meal can be heated up when they are ready for it.
