Peaceful Sleep

Thorne Magnesium Glycinate works beautifully to help you go to sleep. I take one or two capsules at bedtime. I did do research before deciding on this brand . It was one of the leading brands recommended. Also looked at reviews of current users. All were most favorable. I also take a Qunol CoQ10 capsule along withthe magnesium. Makes for a nice peaceful, restful sleep.
