If not it could upset your stomach for some people , not enough water sometimes give GAS every bad .Get you gas masks ready lady's , 😂 😂😂 only if u don't drink water this is for most creatine but WELL WORTH IT. IF U WANT SOME MUSCLE 💪.IT UP 2 YOU. This is been my experience with it . Started at 13 years old. P.s. best supplement out the in my opinion.
