Wild Turkey 101 Bourbon, 750 ml Bottle, 50.5% ABV

Having visited Wild Turkey Distillery twice- it will not disappoint the novice or refined bourbon seeker. The breath taking scenery and magnificent visitors center design will begin an experience that you won't want to end. The Wild Turkey 101 Bourbon captures smooth vanilla and brown sugar notes that in the end give way to an earthy hug of richness you want to repeat. There is no bite, as you might expect in the strength, but instead mellow flavors and smooth spices that surprise the palette.

This bourbon whiskey punches way above its weight. It has been my "everyday" sipper for several years, now. At the front are all of the typical caramel, cinnamon, and baking spice flavors, and on the finish are the delicious dark fruit flavors. If you pay attention, you can even pick up a little peanut brittle in there. Priced for the everyday guy, you just cannot go wrong with this bourbon!
