I buy fresh herbs regularly because they add a special element to the various dishes I enjoy making. it's an inexpensive way to elevate recipes that might otherwise feel ordinary or boring. I've found that the various herbs purchased in the clamshell containers have a very decent shelf life. the herbs that come in a bunch, like cilantro and parsley, aren't quite as hardy but if you take a few minutes to store them correctly chances are you'll be able to use the entire bunch and won't need to discard any. I've been happy with these purchases.

⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ Fresh and fragrant, but a bit smaller than HEB's bunches "The cilantro itself is excellent quality—very fresh, bright green, and has a wonderful, strong aroma. It holds up beautifully in salsas and tacos. My only minor complaint is the size of the bunch. It has significantly less quantity compared to what you typically get for a similar price at other stores like HEB. If you need a large amount of cilantro for heavy cooking or meal prep, you might want to grab two bunches just to be safe. Still, the quality is top-notch!"

I have yet to get consistent bunches of cilantro from my local store. Sometimes they are generous, sometimes barely a bunch, flavor is not very fresh and citrusy like most cilantro. I would suggest you buy it at another local market or pick it out yourself very carefully in store. Never is very good quality when delivered.
