I purchased this bag hoping I would be able to fit a folding cart into it. The dimensions given are with the upper frame in place. I removed it and the cart fits. I am so pleased with it. The bag is of a heavy weight construction with very good retention clips.

I purchased two of these for doing grocery runs on my bike as they were the best priced bags I could find anywhere. The bags are made of durable material and seem pretty sturdy. Lot of accessories included, my favorite of which is various sized spacers to make it fit on different sized rack tubing. I was able to fit it on a standard rear rack. They're not the lightest but light enough to bring into a store to put your groceries directly into them. Let's see how they hold up!
