Spent weeks trying to find a suitable and inexpensive option for kids just starting to learn to ice skate… Two problems we had was what brand to purchase as we are new to ice skating and didn't want to pay $20 a time on rentals at the rink nor not wanting to spend hundreds of dollars at the pro shop for new ice skates they will just out grow in the matter of months with that being our second problem was trying to figure out what sizes were needed sight unseen by ordering them online. We were running out of time and desperately needed something ordered in time of an event then stumbled across these, I was skeptical at first with the price so reasonable but was afraid they would be cheap and fall apart. Luckily they weren't and exactly what we were looking for. It took out the worry of their sizes allowing them to grow with them over the next couple years plus it didn't break the bank. These skate have been easy on and easy off in comparison to the rentals at the ice rink the only qualm I had was figuring out what one was the right from the left then realized the snap buckles go on the outside. The kids love them and skate real well in them, no complaints about their comfort and they spend upwards of 2 to 2 1/2 hours in them at a time. They only had to adjust to the hockey style blade rather than the figure skate style they were use to using during their lessons. All around it was a great find and super happy with and hopes they last with all the wear and tear the kids put them through but they seem pretty sturdy and well made with a good amount of padding so this brand turned out to be great option to use while we learn more about ice skating, definitely would purchase again.
