The camera quality is excellent, and the overall design feels very solid and reliable. At first, I had an issue connecting the device, but Julie from the support team was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the whole process. She guided me step by step until everything was working perfectly. Thanks to her support, the camera is now connected and running smoothly. I was looking for a good security camera. This one was recommended to me. After looking at other brands. I bought this brand in the end. It was better suited for my peace of mind when I am not around. I also had excellent help and support from there agents, especially Julie, who was guiding me along the way with the right sd cards to work with the cameras. JULIE! Added 2 additional cameras to our security system. Bought the original 4 camera package 1 year ago. We were very happy with the performance and decided to add additional cameras to locations that we discovered were not properly covered initially. Highly recommend these cameras. Easy to set up, connect to WiFi and install. Very easy to monitor from phone or computer.
