I love my Roborok!! I run it every day @ 2:30 on sweep, and have it deep clean at 7 pm on the weekends. We’ve had zero problems with “Rocky”. The WiFi connection and set up was really easy. It maps your home with a touch of a button. I highly highly recommend this machine! It is the best thing we have in our house!

I have had two roomba vacuums and they were constantly getting stuck and sucking things up that they shouldn’t. My new Roborock has made my life so much easier. No more dog hair floating around or piling up around the chairs. The mop does a great job! It does not suck up anything and will go around objects on the floor. Somehow it did not suck up the phone charging cord on the floor next to the bed it vacuumed right around it. I have a mix of hardwood,tile, medium pile carpet and area rugs and it cleans them all. I love this vacuum mop machine!!

Best investment you will ever make!

This vacuum mop robot is a life changer. It does a great job vacuuming and mopping. Having 2 small children it was hard to keep the floors clean but after getting this Roborock we are now able to stay on top of it!! Also, their app is really nice. The robot scans your home before the first cleaning and creates a map so it knows where everything is. You can change all the settings (vacuum only, mop only, both at the same time, 1 or 2 passes, etc). I set it and go to work and when I come home the floors are clean and shiny. You do have to buy their cleaning solution, preferably. I bought it from the Roborock website and it was a fair price. The floors look nice and shiny after mopping. The only minor issue I found is that the opening for the dust bag is small so if you have pets, like us, it is a bit hard to empty. However, the robot is so awesome that I don’t mind it. Highly recommend!
