Joint Relief

It has only been a week since I started taking Vital Collagen Peptides powder and I can feel the difference in my joints. My mobility has improved and I feel lubricated in parts of my body I was not expecting it. I will continue using the product to measure and make observations of changes in my hair, skin, nails. I can already feel it in my joints. Looking forward to be able to share a photo of before and after in the box down below, for now all I can say I can feel the difference inside.

Loving Flavored Collagen Powder!

This collagen peptides powder tastes great! I read somewhere that your body best absorbs collagen if taken alongside Vitamin C, so I was glad to find a Vital Proteins (which I trust) blend that included both collagen peptides AND Vitamin C. I do find that this mixes better with lukewarm or warm water so what I usually do is to either warm the water, mix the powder, and then refrigerate, or "batch" prepare this powder for later dates. I buy the small 8oz bottles of water and pour that water into a one cup or larger glass measuring cup. Then I heat the water slightly (maybe 20-30 seconds in the microwave) to get it a bit warmer. Then I add the collagen powder and stir until completely incorporated. Then I pour the mixture back into the 8oz water bottle. I do this with a few different bottles and then they are ready to do when I am craving something besides water and need to get my collagen powder in. The strawberry lemon flavor is delicious too!
