This treadmill is thee we best for at home use . I did not pay a lot of money for this and it is easy to assemble as I only had to put on the handle. It only weighs 50 pounds so it is easy to move around. I haven't had to oil it yet because the treadmill doesn't need it until 6 months has passed. The belt was easy to adjust just like the directions say. Be sure not to over tighten. I love it!!! Definitely worth the money!!
