Runs small,definitely buy 1 size up. Its the hip area that's tight. It is 100% cotton. One of the pockets was almost sewn shut. No way to fix, but not really an issue. I'd of rather not had pockets as I am a side sleeper. Good for the price. Very pretty gown.
