Reminds me of the English tea set Old Roses pattern. Colors of burgundy, mauve, pink, sage and antique gold-yellow make up the beautiful pattern of open and bud roses. Background is ivory which makes it vintage in appearance! All the colors of our bedroom walls and curtains. A nice weight to the comforter. It's fluffy but not so overfilled that it stops being a comforter! The Full size doesn't cover the sides totally which is fine for a comforter. It's not a bedspread. Go up if you want a lot of coverege that way. The shams are pillowcases but look great. Soft, silky touch to the fabric. The instructions say cold water and air dry. I will do gentle cycle and low to fluff in the dryer. This is so the filling won't bunch up. Refresh by hand and shouldn't need a lot of washing unless that can't be avoided. I think a damp cloth with vinegar/water should do it most times.
