One day entire bucket of water removed and auto shut off worked like a charm. P2 means it is full. I wanted a quick and reliable solution so this is great, the simple set up, for now. Has 3 features as to how it handles the collected water, so versatile machine. I find Fridgidaire a very reliable brand. I'm very please. Great deal.

I reside in beautiful surroundings but it's HUMID, and the metro area has expanded. I'm sandwiched in between the Atlantic %26 the Gulf of Mexico. Plus I'm on the Terrace Level; nothing but nature in the middle of the city. There's a gurgling creek, and a wooded area. I had to adapt in order to be comfortable. The star in this saga is my new Frigidaire Dehumidifier but also in the background is a HEPA air purifier. After two of my neighbors decided to "smoke us out," I added extra comfort to the air without realizing that mold, pollen, viruses and other nastiness were floating around in the air as well as bugs like ants and palmetto bugs. The Frigidaire 60 Pint Built-In Pump Dehumidifier is indeed a necessity for my home. (I just unpacked my HEPA unit so that's the reason for all the Scotch tape, lol. I wanted to get these units placed where they would be the most effective in regards to assisting my air conditioner and to make my home a hostile environment for mold, viruses, and anything else I cared not to become a host to. I placed the dehumidifier upright and allowed it to settle before I even THOUGHT ABOUT turning it on. I was patient with it but so far, the seller did not respond to the message that I left on the voicemail. However, I've learned that email may be more effective to communicate with the seller. Fortunately I was able to get Frigidaire on the phone and in my mental file, I remembered that there's a sensor in the bucket area that activates the pump, and there's evidence that the pump does work. It's been raining quite a bit so my dehumidifiers are gathering water in the buckets. My older unit's in the bath area but the pump stopped working about 2 years ago. But it grabs quite a bit of moisture from the air. This review is quite new so from my last dehumidifier experience, I'm very hopeful that the Frigidaire 60 Pint Built-In Pump Dehumidifier will fit in quite nicely in this environment. The dehumidifier and other units that enhance the air in my location will help others make healthier decisions regarding the air. It was a good choice. I received this one in March. It's attractive and most of all, it's WORKING.
