The shoes are fine but clearly used. Lightly, but still used. I paid for a new product but was given a used one. They should have offered me a discounted price for the item since it was not new. I don't recommend buying from this vendor. They didn't reach out to me or anything and I think just expected me not to notice. Otherwise yes these are pleasers and good heels
