These Extended-Release 650 mg Equate Acetaminophen really help with the aches and pain of the arthritis I've got in too many joints to mention. They work well for me taking two in the morning at 9 am and two more at 9 pm. I think if I took them earlier in the evening (around 5 pm) they'd wear off too soon... in the middle of the night... and then I'd hurt enough to keep me awake. They make my pain manageable without prescriptions or opioids. I used to take Naproxen Sodium (generic Aleve) but it was affecting my blood pressure so I switched to these and they are working well for now.
