I've been wearing FitFlops for years, and they are simply the most comfortable summer sandal/around-the-house slip-on/guaranteed no-blister show for long walks! And the gold color is really nice and even a bit dressy. Only note is that I think most would need to size down in these shoes—I wear a US9, but a US8 in FitFlops.

These leather toe post Fitflops are the best!

I have bought Fitflops for the last 10 years and my latest pair for a long holiday abroad. They are most comfortable and the wobble ball in the heel makes all day walking in heat. They last about four summers before the thick sole begins to split away from the leather upper. I have not found a better more comfortable and attractive flip flop and they are my go to for casual but sturdy summer footwear.
