Lifesaver for canning

I was about 5lb into processing 40lb of tomatoes from my garden for canning when my blender died. Walmart delivery to the rescue! I had been wanting to get a food processor for some time and it looked like today was the day with the Black Friday deals. I should have got this a long time ago, this little powerhouse ground through the other 35 lb in no time. It was between this one and the one with the spiral cutter and I am very glad I got this one because the side scraper has been great! It went together quickly and went straight to work.

I love how easy it is to put together and use. The scraper is an excellent idea. it's very stable and washes very well. The only thing is that you need to pay close attention to, is the serrated edges of the blade when you put it in the Dishwasher because meat tends to stick to it. So give it a quick oncr over with a scratcher pad before washing.
