In most cases, when a solar panel shows only low watt output like 11W, it is usually related to installation or environmental factors, such as: Insufficient sunlight or overcast weather Shading from trees, walls, vehicles, or roof edges Incorrect panel angle or direction (not facing direct sunlight) Loose or incomplete MC4 connections Testing indoors or behind glass, which can drastically reduce efficiency Using long extension cables, causing voltage drop We also noticed that we didn’t receive any message from you regarding this issue. When I bought this product, we got it home. I paid $117 for shipping when we open the box and we try to play it. Try to make it work. It doesn't even power up and I messaged Walmart and they said us a third-party and the third-party has not got in touch with me yet so I'm kinda upset.
