the description said 95% polyester and 5% spandex so I expected that there would be some stretch to the material in there is none not even a little bit the only thing with give on these shorts is the elastic waistband which is tight. I wear a size 18 in women's pull on pants and I got a 2XL in men's shorts and they are barely sliding up. I had to cut into the elastic on the waist in order to be able to sit comfortably. the seams seem stitched well but because there's no give to these shorts Cuts in when you sit down I was putting too much on the fact that these would have give to them and I was buying such a large men's size. I will not be wearing these out of the house so altering them myself is not a problem however I would not put any faith in these arriving to fit you unless you can up the size. I unfortunately could only choose up to 2X and thought that would be enough.

Item did not look like items pictured. Material used were "cheap" and poor quality as workmanship. Didn't not fit because the crotch part didn't not "curve" to body shape. Cheaply made.
