Having dealt with a meniscus tear since childhood, it became a bigger issue as I aged. I've used injections for years, but they stopped working. After wearing this brace for three days, I experienced no pain at all. I learned how to adjust it for optimal support, and it provides relief by stabilizing my patella and preventing side-to-side movement. I find it very comfortable to wear throughout the day, and surprisingly, my right knee pain has also diminished. I couldn't be happier!
