There is a defect inside the right heel area, I sent them back for an even exchange and you determined there was nothing wrong with them. Did anyone put them on and walk in them? I think not because you would have experienced the defect. I have purchased from you for many years and have had a great experience but because of this you have lost a faithful customer, your greediness has shown through, most companies would not have even questioned a customer's dissatisfaction and sent a replacement pair but because you basically chose to call me a liar I am done buying from you and will no longer recommend or sing your praises as the most comfortable.
