Thick, Fat, Big YUM Sweet Potato Fries

I love these sweet potato fries for meals and for snacks. I prefer this brand of Great Valye brand. The fries are large, some as long as 7” some as short as 3”. But thick, fat. No tiny little hunks of sweet potato. All very good pieces of potato. They air fry well. And are delicious. Very good quality - restaurant quality. They are great plain, but I like mine with a little butter sometimes, and sometimes with a little maple syrup!
