It whips up nicely to make anything, sweet or savory. It makes the yummiest frozen chocolate mousse that you can enjoy, totally guilt-free. Add 2 tbsp of unsweetened cocoa (or cacao) powder and 2 tbsp pure maple syrup with one cup of Daisy and process until smooth. Trust me on this. Sheer bliss!!

I top it with preferably peaches or pineapple. It has a lot of protein and I only buy the 4 percent milk fat. I don't like the 2%. It works well in lasagna, also if you can find the time to make that.
