Daisy cottage cheese is simply the best tasting cottage cheese there is. Simple, pure ingredients: Cultured skim milk, cream and salt. This product should be 5 out of 5 stars. That people prefer other brands with ingredients such as: stabilizer(guar gum, mono-and diglycerides, xanthan gum, carrageenan, carob bean gum) carbon dioxide makes no sense to me. Daisy lasts a long time in fridge after opened. I haven't ever had this cottage cheese go bad.

The Daisy 4% cottage cheese is the best cottage cheese I’ve ever eaten. I can eat it right out of the container with nothing on it. I eat about one container 24 ounces a day. Very creamy very rich not salty at all. It’s very very good. I do recommend it.
