Due to my body shape, I could have gone down to small, I have about 8 inches of extra hip room available, with a flat behind and no hips. The torso/chest portion fits perfect, length is above the knee (petite perfect). The dress is a heavy canvas, well made.

absolutely love this I normally wear size 12 I got an extra large cuz it said that it runs small it fits perfectly so I don't know if that will help somebody try to figure out what size they should get I could have got a large but I don't think I would have been as comfortable in the 2x would have been extremely too big but it's super cute it's a perfect length it's perfect for summer I highly suggest it
