Reading the other reviews I was EXTREMELY hesitant about purchasing, but it is exactly what I was hoping for! I'm immunocompromised so I bought this to help clean the air and try to keep myself from getting sick. Before buying this, every day my nose was so stuffed up that I couldn't breathe. I would blow my nose and got a nosebleed every single time. It was a vicious cycle I had to do multiple times a day. Since I bought this air purifier I have been able to breathe SOOOOO much better. The air purifiers was on sale, so I bought two. I put one in my dining room by the front door, and the second one I put in my bedroom. I live in a second story apartment. A lot of people complained about the noise of them, but honestly they're not nearly as loud as some of the other reviewers made it out to be. Yes you hear it turn on when it's running, but it's not that loud in my opinion. It's about the same as my stove exhaust fan and when it's on high it's not on for long at all. I haven't used night mode because the regular mode doesn't wake me up. I use a new CPAP and I can't hear the air purifier over that. I also haven't used the diffuser yet, but I'm hoping to at some point. I bought this to help me stay healthy at home and it has accomplished that 100% so I'm happy. I also feel like I have more energy to do things with being able to breathe easier.
