I got this scooter for my 12 year old son in July. He loved it and I would recommend it to anyone. I am 170lbs at it got up to max speed with me on it. It does not come with a scooter however they are fairly reasonable to purchase. I've recommended this product to a lot of our homeless community and those in recovery who are just getting on there feet and that work close by. I also suggest to read the manual before messing with it. A lot of people skip that part and miss very important information. The scooter has a brake light, head light and is anti theft safe by letting you choose a four digit code that must be entered to ride, if it goes dead it also has a walk mode. You can set it to take off immediately when you press the throttle or to push it off. It comes with a front and back fender so if it's damp conditions it prevents mud/rain to splatter on you. The tires are also very sturdy. We had no issue with charging, we also followed all recommendations when charging. This has been a wonderful investment and has brought my son so much joy. There is also a 6 to 12 month warranty on certain parts, see the manual for specifics.

Our son loves it and Mom and Dad think its a great value. It is as fast as advertised, can handle hills without losing too much speed and has good battery life. He really l likes the ride of the scooter, the lights, and speedometer and we like the locking feature! Definitely recommend for entry-level value scooter. Walmart was very responsive in addressing our questions on the purchase. Great experience!

I bought this scooter 3 weeks ago everything has been great. The battery life is great it was easy to assemble but I did have an issue with the fender I reached out to customer service and they responded right away and were very helpful helping me resolve the issue
