I enjoy being able to use nipple covers underneath my T-shirts or tank tops instead of having to wear a whole bra. These are very comfortable and they seem like a quality product. I like that they come with a small fabric insert that you can place in the middle, to cover your nipple. They have good coverage, as I am a 34C. These ones do have a sticky adhesive to them, so you will have to peel them off carefully. Though this adhesive is not as sticky as some other covers I have used! What I really love about these as they come in a very nice plastic storage case, while other ones I have used don't come with a case, and I tend to lose them. To clean them, simply rinse them with soap and water and let them air dry. Then reuse again! I would definitely recommend these to anyone!
