For some reason the regular extra strength Tylenol takes forever to start working for me, and even after it does it doesn't totally dull the pain, so it's not really worth it. These are the exact opposite though. I started to feel better about half an hour after taking it, and by an hour in, I had no pain at all anymore. Kind of wild what a difference the gel kind makes, but I'm definitely a believer now. Reasonable price too.

Tylenol Extra Strength is only over the counter pain pill I can use. It gives me good relief for any pain I have. Used it for many years. The rapid release gels seem to work the best for me. This is one name brand that does so much better then generics! Gets rid of pain quickly, doesnt upset stomach. Fast acting. I have tried generics that claim to be like this tylenol product and they do not come close. I mostly use generics but for fast acting acetominaphen you got to use this tylenol.
