I work out often and my legs and shoulders get sore easily. After doing a lot of research, I picked this one, even though I hesitated because of the low rating. I've now used it for five days straight, and honestly, it works way better than I expected! The EMS feels strange at first but super effective. I use it mostly for my legs, and they always feel more relaxed after each session. I also tried the pads on my shoulders and felt relief right away. It's easy to use, the display is clear, and I love that it comes with extra pads and a remote. I'm really glad I gave it a shot, it turned out to be a great find!
