have had back issues since 10 years old and comparing to other heat pads, this one wins, it is just a little longer than every pad I have ever used and don't have to keep adjusting so all areas get the warmth who wants to keep moving around when you hurt.. pleased with it and use it daily

Heat for Muscles

The quality and the price was good. It didn't work for me because I've got a problem that heat doesn't help. For muscle contusion this would be great.
