I sleep with a box fan for the noise. I use this machine to travel with. This is the 2nd one I've purchased. I needed two because my teenagers had their own room w/out me on a cruise. Anyway, this is the best white noise portable machine I've ever come across. I've had my first one for about 5 yrs and it still works great.

Perfect for bedtime!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This sound soother is very relaxing! It has 3 different modes, the center pushes out for deeper noises and In for a light white noise. You can just use the light if you don't want the noise. I found it to be very relaxing and a big help for knocking out other noises I didn't want to hear.
