this is a very good body composition scale that gives you feedback directly on the screen on the scale, and comes with the FIT app for your phone. this is where you can really utilize the technology built into this body composition scale. the fit app gives you a tremendous amount of information about that levels protein levels musculature bones etc. if you use this on a regular basis you can see how your lifestyle adjusts these readings. this allows you to optimize diet and exercise and see and track demonstrable results. there's three people in my household using this unit and each one has the fit app on their phone. we've had it about 3 weeks now and it becomes a subject of conversation as we compare the ups and downs of our body composition. I have attached photos of the app readout information and a video of me taking a measurement. watch that and look at the photos to get good detail on how this works. this gives you the data about your body composition but you may want to do some research about where you'd like to create targets. I'm losing weight getting fit for a particular activity and I can tell by the trend report on the app if I've been truly slacking off on exercise and eating bad food. this is a great tool if you are trying to improve fitness or making a concerted effort towards weight management.
