(1) Before puting your digital scale into operation, please open the battery compartment on the underside of thedevice and insert the two 1.5 V batteries (type AAA) included. (2) Place the scale on a hard flat floor surface. (3) Turn on the scale by briefly stepping on and off it Then, wait for the scale to be set to "0.0". (4) Step on the scale while barefoot tll the numbers display on the scale. You will get your weight data on the scale. If need more detailed values. please refer to step (5) . (5) Scan the QR code or search "Fit Profile" in App Store. For Android, turn on "Location". For iPhone, allow "Fit Profile" to use Bluetooth. Follow the instructions in the App to sign up and complete your profile. a) Open the "Fit Profile" app. b) Tap "+ Pair the Device"€. c) Turn on the scale by briefly stepping on and off it. On the app, tap the digitalscale icon, then select "Fit Prime" and click "Connect". Your scale has now been successfully paired with your smartphone and isready to show more data.

ive always wanted one of these but the ones i would always see was too expensive. when i saw this one i decided to buy it and see if it worked the same as the expensive ones and it did without the high price. what i liked most about it is it can see how much lean muscle you have and also check the body fat. besides those 2 features there is so much more to this item. Definitely recommend this. i almost forgot, theres an app to record all the progress.
