Excellent tolerances on these chairs.

First, go ahead and throw away the Allen wrench that came with it. Get your cordless drill, and a bit to fit the screws. You'll cut assembly time by 75%. These were super easy to put together, and I was amazed at how well the pieces fit. Usually imported furniture like these, have no where near the tolerances that these rockers do! Pay attention to instructions, and DO NOT secure screws well until all the parts are together properly. Even then, be VERY CAREFUL when you begin tightening using your drill. I did over tighten one, and stripped the threads. Easily fixed with LocTite though.
