Great customer service

We had an issue with the seat cushions slipping down. I contacted the seller %26 they were extremely helpful in suggesting using a non-slip rug gripper. They even offered to pay for it! It was a game changer! The cushions now stay in place. Thank you, Parkwell for your quick response %26 solution!
