Disappointed in chair

This chair comes vacuumed sealed. The instructions say to open it up and give it 48hrs to open into the shape if the chair. Well it's been almost a week and it's still not in the shape of a chair. Even with us working at loosening up the micro fiber filling. It will never fill out the form of the chair. There's no way you can use it as a chair. Very disappointed in this product.
