I purchase these meatballs on a regular basis. I do not eat red meat at all, therfore these are my "go to" protein. These meatballs tke on the flavors of whatever you are making. Great on subs , Swedish meatballs. and party meatballs done in the crockpot with grape jelly! I've always kept 2 in my freezer at all times! Great value for the money! (Pun intended!)

Great meatballs that I don't have to shape myself

I use this to make spaghetti. I am trying to lower my cholesterol by eating more poultry and fish. I start boiling the water for pasta. Then, I used Rao Spaghetti Sauce and add the meatballs in a 2nd covered pan. When they are partially cooked, I cut them in half so they fully cook through. They taste good with no unhealthy ingredients,

Protein Balls

We picked some peas from the garden (you could use frozen) and threw them in white garlic Alfredo sauce and added the frozen meatballs. Cook about 30 minutes on medium, serve over rice. This might be our new favorite quick meal! I've also browned these meatballs and packed up for my husband's lunch as a quick protein Bomb, they taste good cold after being browned.
