- 9 oz boiling water
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- Salt to taste

Instructions:

1. Fry spices in the oil for 2 minutes.
2. Add cauliflower and stir to cover with spices.
3. Add boiling water to the pan and stir in the vinegar.
4. Bring to the boil and cook until cauliflower becomes tender.
