Sizing runs too small

I only said no in recommending due to the sizing issue. Outside shipments tend to have different idea of sizes in the States. I got this in a Large for my Schnauzer. It would not even reach around his chest it was so small. That is bad sizing and design. I would have had to get an XXL size just for my miniature schnauzer.
