I purchased two sets of these lounge chairs (four chairs total) and I honestly couldn't be happier with my purchase. They completely transformed my pool area and gave it a beautiful resort-style look. The chairs are sturdy, well-made and the cushions are thick, comfortable and supportive. I also love that the backrests adjust to different positions, making them perfect for relaxing, reading or soaking up the sun. Assembly was incredibly easy. The instructions were clear, all the parts fit together perfectly and putting them together took much less time than I expected. One thing that really stood out to me was the excellent customer service. I needed replacement parts and the company responded quickly and shipped them right away without any hassle. It's rare to find customer service that is so responsive and helpful and it made me feel even better about my purchase. If I could offer one tip, I'd recommend assembling the first chair before starting the others because it makes the rest go even faster. Since setting them up, I've received so many compliments from family and friends on how beautiful they look.
