I've kept a notebook forever, to help with when to take meds, what to eat %26 not eat. This little glucose meter has an app that automatically records blood sugar date and time. You can then enter what you ate %26 when and what meds you took. It's heaven!!!

It's wonderful quality, it works perfectly. i especially love the carrying case. How it has individual bands for each part of this system. it even has a zipper pouch where you can put your alcohol wipes. i hate sticking my fingers. But I love this system. the app is super easy to use.
